The “Learning To Fly” 2025 program and application process occurs in two phases: 

Questionnaire and Application Deadline for PHASE ONE: February 17th, 2025 at 05:00pm EST

Complete the Initial questionnaire and submit via www.friendsforadog.org/learning-to-fly-application OR email your completed form to: info@friendsforadog.org, no later then 05:00pm EST on February 17th, 2025. 

We will make a selection of entries before moving on to PHASE 2. If selected among our PHASE 1 applicants you will receive a PHASE 2 questionnaire via email; by March 3rd, to complete and submit, via: www.friendsforadog.org or email your completed form to: info@friendsforadog.org, no later than March 24th, 2025. 

Applicants should observe the following guidelines:

• The [PHASE 1] form is the first part of two steps. You must submit this before February 17th, 2025. Take your time to fill the fields slowly, there's no limit to how long you have to fill out the form. Any information you provide is saved locally and will not be shared with any third party. We will carefully review it. If your answers meet the requirements, you will receive a [PHASE 2] questionnaire via email (the one you enter) no later than March 3rd, 2025. If you receive this questionnaire, you have until March 24th, 2025 to fill it out and send it back (address will be provided). Email your completed form to: info@friendsforadog.org.
